Pastor Roger Green, Jr. serves as the Senior Pastor of Prayer & Deliverance Tabernacle in Charlotte, North Carolina, leading the ministry into its next generation with a commitment to biblical truth, discipleship, healthy families, leadership development, community impact, and Kingdom advancement.
Building upon the foundation established by his parents, Bishop Roger Green, Sr. and Dr. Connie Green, Pastor Green is passionate about honoring the legacy of Prayer & Deliverance while positioning the ministry for its future. His leadership emphasizes spiritual growth, organizational health, strong families, community engagement, and developing people to discover and fulfill their God-given purpose.
Pastor Green has traveled extensively throughout the United States as a preacher, teacher, public speaker, leadership trainer, and coach. His unique ability to connect biblical truth with practical application has allowed him to minister in churches while also speaking to colleges, civic organizations, corporations, professional associations, and community groups.
His professional presentations have included organizations such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Alight Solutions, the Congressional Black Caucus, the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice, Essence Cares, and numerous faith-based and community organizations. He has also served as a consultant with the 400 Years of African American History Commission, working alongside leaders from education, business, entertainment, government, and the faith community.
Pastor Green holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). His background in business, education, real estate, leadership development, and organizational strategy brings a unique perspective to his approach to pastoral leadership and ministry development.
He is also an author, educator, and John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. His book, The Journey of Living Day By Day, reflects his passion for helping people navigate life with faith, purpose, discipline, and perseverance.

First Lady/ Executive Lead
Lady Joy Green serves alongside her husband, Senior Pastor Roger Green, Jr., as First Lady and Executive Lead of Prayer & Deliverance Tabernacle. A gifted communicator, creative strategist, and ministry leader, she brings together faith, leadership, media, and creativity to help advance the vision of PDT.
A native of Flint, Michigan, Lady Joy has spent much of her life serving the church and the Charlotte community. She studied Communications with a concentration in Media and Journalism at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and brings more than 25 years of experience across radio, television, print media, podcasting, communications, and creative production.
Her talents extend beyond communications. With experience in design, cosmetology, image consulting, interiors, and creative planning, Lady Joy has developed a unique ability to combine excellence, beauty, strategy, and purpose. She is also the creative force behind JSG Unlimited, an image and interior design consulting company.
Within Prayer & Deliverance Tabernacle, Lady Joy has served faithfully in music ministry, women's ministry, creative development, and senior leadership. Today, her executive leadership helps support the ministry's vision, organizational development, culture, communications, and continued growth.
Lady Joy is passionate about helping people recognize their value, embrace their gifts, and serve God with excellence and authenticity.

DR. CONNIE GREEN
Co- Founder
For decades, Dr. Connie Green has devoted her life to preaching the Gospel, developing people, strengthening families, and helping individuals experience healing and spiritual transformation.
As Assistant Pastor of Prayer & Deliverance Tabernacle, Dr. Green brings wisdom, compassion, authenticity, and a genuine love for people to every area of ministry. Her powerful testimony and practical approach to the Word of God have allowed her to minister across the country as an evangelist, teacher, counselor, and motivational speaker.
Before helping establish Prayer & Deliverance, Dr. Green served for more than 17 years under the leadership of the late Bishop Edward C. Roberts in areas including evangelism, missions, and Christian education. She was licensed through the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. in 1989 and ordained in 1996.
Her passion for education and whole-person development is reflected in her academic preparation. Dr. Green holds a Doctorate in Psychology, Master’s in Christian Counseling, and Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies from Carolina University of Theology and completed ministerial training through Aenon Bible College.
She also shares practical spiritual and life wisdom through her ongoing media program, Wisdom Tips with Dr. Connie Green, addressing faith, personal growth, relationships, emotional well-being, and everyday life.
Alongside her husband, Bishop Roger Green, Sr., Dr. Green has helped build a lasting ministry legacy centered on faith, family, service, and a sincere commitment to souls.
